Terms of service
Turnaround Time:
The turnaround time for all orders ranges from 14 to 21 business days. It might not always take that long, but it all depends on the season and what you are ordering. I always strive to fulfil orders as soon as possible. Should you have a rush order, you are more than welcome to contact me and I'll gladly provide you with a quotation as Rush Orders can be arranged at a fee of 25% on the total of the invoice.
Design Process:
Once your order has been received, I will contact you regarding the design of your items - as I like to send detailed design documents for you to complete at a time convenient to you. Completing design details on a store checkout is risky as important information may be missed.
Once I've received the design documents, you will be booked into my next design opening. You will receive a total of 3 samples and will each time have the opportunity to request changes and make suggestions.
Should more changes be required after the three samples, another design fee will be applied before proceeding.
Once the design has been approved, I will start the printing process / making the physical order items.
Slight colour variations between the screen and printed items may occur.
Client Proofing Notice:
While we take every care to type and design your information as accurately as possible, human error cannot be completely ruled out. It is the client’s responsibility to carefully review all spelling, wording, and details before approving any artwork for print. Once a design has been approved for printing, we will assume that all information has been checked, and we cannot accept responsibility for any errors discovered after the artwork has been printed.
Shipping:
You will receive an email / WhatsApp from me when your order is all done and ready for courier or collection.
Refunds:
Any quantities reduced after placing your order will unfortunately not be refunded due to the fact that I buy the materials based on the order and order quantity. For the same reason, orders that are cancelled under any circumstance including a pandemic cannot be refunded.
It is in my nature to always try and accommodate brides by offering a substitute item or gift voucher as a courtesy when they have to cancel or reduce quantities. This will be at my own discretion and will depend on the order, the quantities and the reason for cancellation/reduction.
